This is a two piece top and skirt by W too. Gorgeous fit and flow. The skirt has a few tears from the one night I wore it that can easily be repaired. It has 5 places for bustle. It is a little dirty on the bottom but with a professional cleaning will look like new. The top also needs to be cleaned. Straps were added to top so it would stay on but you could take them off and it will still totally stay up. No alterations were made except straps added and eye lash fridge were cut off the top of the too.
