As you see in the pictures, there is a nude underlay so even though the top part of the dress is white, there is a hint of nude. As stated, this is an incredibly flattering dress for many body types. I'm all about comfort and felt very comfortable wearing this my entire wedding day. The top tulle part of the dress is light and very delicate (what I loved so much about the dress). Because of this, there is a slight rip on the bottom of the front of the dress. It's very hard to notice it. I had my wedding at the Carlsbad Flower Fields in California so the dirt along the bottom of the dress was very difficult to come out even after being professionally cleaned. Again, it's something that you will notice but probably nobody else. There is a hook on the back of the dress for a bustle. Alterations include: I am 5'2" and wore 3" heels so the dress was altered to fit my height on my wedding day. Bust--39.5" Waist--32" Hips--39" I had my dress professionally cleaned the week following my wedding.
