This dress is classy, minimalistic while still elegant, and timeless. Not to mention comfortable! I wore this gown the entire day without wanting to take it off once. It's truly a design that will work well with many body types.
The top of the dress has a sweetheart neckline, lace, and capped sleeves with a beautiful silk band separating the top from the bottom. The bottom is tulle, blending into a tulle veil absolutely seamlessly.
I have invested $500 into alterations alone for this gown, as a Davids Bridal size 0 is quite large and not a true 0. I am also 5' 1" and had the hem hit the floor with 3-inch heels. This gown has a small train that with the added alterations can be pinned up for dancing and the reception. The waist was taken in as well to emphasize the a-line hem and give an hourglass effect. I am approximately 112 pounds.
With this dress, a chapel length custom made veil valuing over $150 will be included, which matches the dress color perfectly, as well as a band for the thigh.
The dress is in perfect condition and was professionally dry cleaned and stored to prevent yellowing directly after the wedding. It has only been worn once. Get it- you won't regret it!
